You'll learn how to become present, calm and grounded by retraining your neurotransmitters in your brain and creating a new norm for your subconscious. We do this by implementing healthier habits into your daily routine.

There's a strong connection between the body and the mind. 90% of our serotonin receptors live in our gut. You'll be working 1:1 with Sam, your nutritionist, to balance your gut health, based on your dietary needs.

Release Stored Tension in the Body

When we're stressed and tense in the mind, we are tense in the body. This tension can cause chronic discomfort. In YCM, you'll develop a yoga practice and learn how to safely and effectively release tension in the body.

It takes about 60 days to rewire your brain. In the private program, you'll work with me everyday for 60 days straight. That's it. I also work around your schedule. 2 months to feel better mentally and physically. If I can do it, so can you. 

And, I'm here with you every step of the way.
